A fantastic opportunity for an experienced mortgage professional to work in a flagship financial services driven estate agency office in the Southeast London and Kent area.
Main Responsibilities
BDM Recruitment has been retained by a well-known estate agency chain to source an experienced mortgage and protection specialist to work with one of Kent's busiest estate agency offices.
This financially driven estate agency office will provide an experienced mortgage professional with 10-12 new mortgage appointments per week.
Working closely with the established team, as the only mortgage specialist in the branch, you will offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new clients being generated.
Not only will the successful mortgage professional receive all leads required, but will also benefit from mortgage administration support, and the opportunity to earn over £60,000.
In return, the mortgage specialist will receive a basic salary of £28,000 plus car allowance, financial guarantees for 5 months, and excellent earnings potential.
As an experienced mortgage professional, you will have full unlimited access to the branch's existing client database, where you will be able to offer a remortgage service to clients.
On top of offering whole of market mortgage advice to new and existing clients, you will also be required to offer advice on associated protection products, including life assurance, critical illness, and income protection.
Key Skills and Qualifications
As you will be the sole mortgage specialist working within the branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and various products is essential, along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, independent, or banking mortgage environment, providing they can show a good track record in mortgage sales if the CeMAP, CF6, or MAQ qualification has been attained.
As an experienced mortgage professional, you should also have a clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full clean driving licence.
