About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality cleaning and domestic service in our student accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality cleaning services for bedrooms, kitchens, pathways, and communal areas
  • Identify and report any hazards and faults to ensure a safe environment is maintained
  • Organize stores on site and carry out checks of equipment, replacing when necessary
  • Perform any other tasks as required by management

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is desirable
  • Ability to work on own initiative and with fast-changing requirements
  • Previous experience of working to deadlines and prioritizing workloads
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A team player who is willing to help colleagues as and when required
