**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of IDMT/KTP Administrator (Part-Time, Fixed-Term) for the University of Cambridge. This is a newly created position that will act jointly as an administrator for an innovation centre and a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) Administrator.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the operations of the IDMT, a fixed-term project co-funded by the University of Cambridge, two large pharmaceutical companies, and ERDF.
- Undertake duties as a KTP Administrator for an Innovate UK grant, including organizing meetings, preparing agendas, writing minutes, and assisting with the drafting of documents.
- Liaise with other staff within the department and university to ensure coordination of effort and act as the main departmental administrative point of contact for queries and enquiries.
**Requirements**
- Education to HND/HNC level 4/5 vocational qualification or an equivalent level of practical experience.
- Proven experience in administration, including setting up an office and creating administrative processes from scratch.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize own workload and work both independently and as part of a team.
