We are seeking a seasoned Senior Facades Estimator to join our esteemed team at Future Build Recruitment. As a key member of our estimating department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality projects and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Analysis: Conduct thorough reviews of project drawings, specifications, and documents to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project scope and requirements.
  • Cost Estimation: Develop and maintain accurate and efficient cost estimation processes, ensuring timely and reliable delivery of estimates to clients.
  • Bid Preparation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and submit bids and proposals for potential projects, leveraging expertise to negotiate favorable contracts.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with colleagues and clients, ensuring seamless communication and effective project execution.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of bids, estimates, and contracts, providing timely and accurate reporting to project teams as required.
  • Support: Provide guidance and support to junior members of the estimating team, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estimating within the construction industry, with a focus on facades.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
