About the Role

Austability Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal Support Specialist to join our Finance, Human Capital and Legal team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our legal team by preparing documentation and conducting legal research.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough legal and factual research to support the legal team.
  2. Prepare detailed legal memoranda, reports, and summaries for internal use.
  3. Draft, review, and amend a variety of legal documents, including employment contracts, financial agreements, settlement agreements, forms, policies, and procedures.
  4. Liaise with third parties to coordinate meetings, gather information, and facilitate communication.
  5. Provide general administrative support to the SVP of General Counsel, including filing, data entry, and maintaining document management systems.
  6. Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and ensure the smooth operation of the legal office.

Requirements

  1. A strong understanding of UK legal processes, terminology, and regulations.
  2. Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role within a law firm or legal department.
  3. Qualifications such as a Paralegal qualification.

What We Offer

Austability Ltd offers a competitive salary range of £24,000.00-£26,842.00 per year and a hybrid remote work arrangement in West London.
