Role Responsibilities

This position is dedicated to connecting clients with the extensive range of solutions offered by Bank of America to help them achieve their financial aspirations. The Client Solutions Consultant is responsible for balancing service requests with sales opportunities, possessing expertise in financial solutions, and understanding clients' life and financial objectives to provide tailored services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and nurturing client relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending suitable products and services.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns, crafting personalized solutions.
  • Selling and fulfilling various banking products, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, and loans.
  • Recognizing client needs for specialized sales functions and referring them to appropriate partners.
  • Providing quotes for rates, terms, and banking solutions.
  • Managing risk effectively in all business transactions.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A passion for enhancing clients' financial experiences.
  • The ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and communicate options clearly while building rapport and showing empathy.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following experience may be considered for a higher starting salary:

  • Background in financial services.
  • Experience in sales, including cross-selling and upselling.
  • Previous roles in inbound or outbound contact centers.
  • Experience as a Personal Banker managing a high volume of clients.

Work Schedule

This position offers various shifts, with a standard workweek of 40 hours.
