About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Hill House Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their independence and promoting their overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their mental and emotional wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
