Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team at Constellation Careers. As a Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for leading our hospitality team on match days, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of hospitality staff on match days
  • Ensure all operational areas are fully stocked and set with necessary equipment in a timely manner
  • Conduct briefings for each shift, preparing the team for the day ahead and inspiring them to be proactive and enthusiastic
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Build strong relationships with regular guests and understand their expectations on match days
  • Work effectively with the team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities on match days

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to delegate and solve problems efficiently
  • Reliable and consistent commitment
