Team Structure:

Situated within the Web Operations Team, the Lead Technical SEO Specialist is essential for the technical execution of SEO plans.

This role demands a comprehensive understanding of search engine algorithms, site architecture, and analytical tools.

Collaboration with the SEO & Content Manager and other team members is crucial to synchronize technical SEO efforts with broader content and marketing strategies.

The Web Operations Team collaborates closely with the Marketing Propositions & Delivery team, Marketing Operations Team, and the Customer Training & Events Team.


Key Responsibilities:

Technical SEO Execution:
Concentrate on the technical components of SEO, including site structure and indexing.
Implement technical strategies to enhance site performance and search visibility.

Web Analytics and Performance Analysis:
Assess website metrics to guide and refine SEO strategies.
Utilize analytical tools to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Collaboration and Strategic Alignment:
Operate within the SEO & Content Manager's framework to boost SEO initiatives.
Partner with marketing and web development teams for integrated strategy execution.

Ongoing Improvement and Reporting:
Keep abreast of the latest trends in technical SEO and web analytics.
Deliver regular updates on SEO performance and insights derived from web analytics.

Essential Qualifications:
Expertise in technical SEO and web analytics.
Proficiency in utilizing analytical tools and interpreting data.
Strong grasp of search engine algorithms and website optimization.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
