About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Challenge Events Manager to join our team at CSG Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our challenge events strategy, building supporter journeys, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement our challenge events strategy, including building supporter journeys and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Work effectively across marketing channels and digital advertising campaigns to drive participation.
  • Ensure events remain within budget and that expenditure is monitored continuously and income targets are met.
  • Ongoing review and development of the challenge events portfolio, across the UK and abroad.
  • Design a strategy for creating and building our own events.
  • Work with our Safeguarding and Health and Safety Managers to ensure events are safe.
