Job Title: Digital Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Support Specialist to join our Digital and Technology Services (DTS) team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional IT support and drive digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, customer-focused support for technical incidents and service requests.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital processes and services.
  • Develop and maintain our IT Service Management (ITSM) application using low-code platforms.
  • Handle internal first-line technical incidents and service requests, providing diagnosis and resolution.
  • Communicate updates and deploy fixes, workarounds, or escalations in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Contribute to the upskilling of our user community by developing and providing onboarding and digital skill enhancement sessions, guidance, and self-help resources.
  • Proactively identify, create, and maintain knowledge articles for internal colleagues and the Digital and Technology Services department.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Service Desk/Support role with exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of hardware, Windows, Android operating systems, End-Point Management and Security, Collaboration Tools, Networking, Microsoft 365, Remote Support Tools, ITIL Framework, and GDPR guidelines.
