Job SummaryWe are seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer with a plumbing bias to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will support NI Water's facilities, handling both reactive and planned maintenance tasks while contributing to the future facilities management strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Perform reactive and planned plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance within NI Water facilities as directed by the GRAHAM Helpdesk.
- Conduct minor building fabric repairs as required to support the overall maintenance strategy.
- Contribute to the delivery of reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and project works under the NI Water contract.
- Complete and submit accurate documentation in both hard copy and electronic formats.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing and mechanical issues, sourcing parts and liaising with manufacturers as needed.
- Maintain high health and safety standards, performing risk assessments for each task.
- Provide out-of-hours cover as part of a rota system.
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance, focusing on plumbing and mechanical systems.
- Full UK Driver's License.
- Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card.
- Asbestos awareness training.
