About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small business that specializes in health products. As a Marketing and Office Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that will allow you to multitask, learn, and take ownership of your work. You will be involved in all aspects of the business, making this a great role for a graduate or someone with a keen interest in natural health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Office administration, including ordering supplies and taking care of ad hoc tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly
  • Researching and developing relationships with partners for procurement of ingredients
  • Acting as a Personal Assistant to the Founders and Managing Director, including booking flights, arranging visas, and organizing diaries
  • Supporting the team and promoting a positive work environment
  • Assisting with website updates based on feedback and data
  • Coordinating and reporting website issues with the developers
  • Supporting company event planning
  • Drafting mailouts and managing mailing lists
Requirements
  • Ability to commute to the office in Seend, Melksham, Monday to Friday
  • 2 years of office-based work experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Enthusiasm and energy
