Prima Ardelle Associates are seeking a qualified and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their existing team at a busy main dealer in Gatwick. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and have experience working in an independent or fast fit environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance work, including servicing, brake pad and disc replacement, and exhaust maintenance, to improve vehicle functionality and longevity.
  • Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance work, and keep the Service Team informed at all times.
  • Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
  • Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain, and upgrade.
  • Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use.
  • Keep detailed logs of work and issues.

Key Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
  • Full, clean driving license (essential).
  • Own tools (desirable).
  • Experience working in an independent or fast fit environment.
