About the Role:

The Quality Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of medical devices manufactured by the company. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Inspecting manufactured components to ensure they meet medical device requirements.
  2. Overseeing the quality of released and incoming products.
  3. Ensuring inspection systems and procedures meet product demands and user capabilities.
  4. Managing metrology and CMM programming.
  5. Qualifying, maintaining, and calibrating inspection processes.
  6. Facilitating corrective and preventive actions.
  7. Establishing and reporting on quality objectives.
  8. Creating and maintaining quality documents and conducting internal audits.
  9. Achieving accurate record-keeping and good housekeeping.
  10. Ensuring training records are up-to-date and modules completed on time.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications in quality, engineering, or sciences to degree level.
  2. Experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or similar roles.
  3. Experience in inspection processes and measurement technologies.
  4. Medical device manufacturing experience.
