Principal Analog IC Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Analog IC Design Engineer to join our team at IC Resources. As a leading member of our design team, you will be responsible for the design and layout of high-performance Analog/Mixed Signal ICs and taking a technical lead role on significant chip developments.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of CMOS analogue circuit design practices and experience in RF (1GHz+) analogue circuit design. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and provide technical direction to the design team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Design and layout of high-performance Analog/Mixed Signal ICs
  • Technical lead role on significant chip developments
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Providing technical direction and guidance to the design team

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about Analog IC design and has a strong track record of delivering high-quality results. Requirements:

  • 12+ years of relevant industry experience in Analog IC design
  • Good BSc or equivalent degree in Electronic Engineering

  • Project leadership experience
  • Relevant post-graduate qualification (MSc/PhD)
