About the Role:
CBW Staffing Solutions is on the lookout for a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to perform both scheduled and on-demand maintenance tasks across a designated site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while performing maintenance duties.
  • Execute basic maintenance tasks, including touch-up painting, hinge adjustments, blind installations, lock replacements, and minor repairs to furniture.
  • Conduct plumbing tasks such as clearing blockages, repairing leaks, and servicing plumbing systems.
  • Assist with painting and decorating projects.
  • Support office relocations by moving furniture and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the management team to address any maintenance-related issues.
  • Investigate complaints and implement necessary actions.
  • Provide updates to the helpdesk regarding the status of maintenance jobs.
  • Perform specialized technical and non-technical tasks as required for ongoing maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols to protect personnel and equipment.
  • Utilize appropriate tools and equipment safely to complete tasks.
  • Strive to deliver the highest level of service by executing both reactive and planned maintenance effectively.
  • Assist Multi-Skilled Engineers as needed.

Requirements:
  • Ability to present trade certificates.
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial building maintenance.
  • Multi-skilled with strong communication abilities.
