Total TV Solutions: Joiner Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Joiner to join our team at Total TV Solutions. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of bespoke media wall installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of bespoke media wall installation projects.
  • Work closely with electricians and plasterers to ensure seamless project completion.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, meeting the company's quality expectations.
  • Maintain strict adherence to project deadlines, ensuring work progresses smoothly and efficiently.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to ensure all work is completed safely, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Address any issues or changes in project scope as they arise, maintaining communication with the team and clients.
  • Provide input and suggestions to improve project outcomes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a joiner, preferably within residential or bespoke installation projects.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple aspects of a project.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience coordinating with other trades (electricians, plasterers).
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to implement them on-site.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
