About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Service and install a variety of equipment, including compactors, balers, shredders, and more.
  2. Support all stages of machine builds, refurbishments, and new installations.
  3. Provide excellent training and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
  4. Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance on-site.
  5. Keep accurate and comprehensive callout, installation, and training reports.
Requirements
  1. Skilled Technician: Experience with electrical and mechanical fault-finding.
  2. Versatile Knowledge: Understanding of hydraulics, electrics, conveyors, motors, and gearboxes.
  3. Professional Presence: Confidence, professionalism, and strong presentation skills.
  4. Travel Enthusiast: Willingness to travel for servicing, callouts, and installations.
  5. Workshop Pro: When not on the road, contribute to machine refurbishments in our workshop.
Perks and Benefits
  1. Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 Per Annum (dependent on experience).
