Job Title: Air Condition Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Air Condition Engineer to join our team in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and reactive repairs across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the highest standards of maintenance and repair are delivered, meeting the requirements of our clients and customers.
  • Deliver a wide range of statutory and routine PPMs, as well as reactive maintenance activities, in line with specific contract SLAs.
  • Provide technical support, advice, and guidance to customers and team members, ensuring the delivery of a quality service.
  • Contribute to the delivery of a quality service, aiming for 100% satisfaction of customers.
  • Ensure safe delivery of all works, including those of our service partners.
  • Produce details of time and materials required for any minor works for quoting purposes.
  • Liaise with account support, supervisors, managers, and sub-contractors to deliver work to the highest standard within SLA, as required.
  • Build and foster relationships with clients, customers, and other colleagues.
  • Ensure the Maximo system is constantly updated via your issued tablet and that all time is accounted for on the generated timesheet.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Air Conditioning Engineer.
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent in given trade(s).
  • City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas Regulations (Cat 1).
  • Fully time-served apprenticeship in given trades.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Good understanding of modern office software and experience of working with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO/CAFM systems on Android tablets.
  • Strong, demonstrable competencies of dealing with all makes of A/C split units, as well as VRV/VRF systems.
  • 2 years previous experience within a similar environment, particularly across multi-sites and multi-discipline service delivery.
  • 1 year's experience in a customer-facing outsourcing environment.
  • Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance.
  • Ability to turn hand to most activities within a building maintenance environment.
  • Ability to manage priorities in line with business needs.
