Exams Invigilator Opportunity

Barking & Dagenham College is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Exams Invigilator to join our Exams team. As an Exams Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth conduct of exams within the college.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct exams in accordance with JCQ, awarding body, and college regulations and instructions.
  • Keep confidential exam questions, papers, and materials secure before, during, and after exams.
  • Liaise with exams officers to ensure an effective service.
  • Keep accurate exam records of attendance, documenting any incidents, disruptions, or irregularities in the exam room.
  • Support JCQ and other awarding body exam inspections.
Requirements:
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Relevant experience of using MS Office or similar packages.
  • General admin experience or similar.
  • Experience of using a computerised database system or similar.
