Key Responsibilities- Content Review and Analysis: Review a range of content, including credible news, entertainment, and short-form video from a diverse set of publishers, broadcasters, public figures, creators, and influencers.
- Cultural Trend Identification: Identify cultural trends across a broad spectrum of topics.
- Content Evaluation and Improvement: Apply review guidelines to content at scale, maintaining commitment to accuracy and consistency, and review and improve the output of GenAI applications like LLM-based tools.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with our internal content and product teams to improve user experience and have the ability to work an atypical schedule as required, including nights, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Experience and Skills: Experience in social media, editorial, content creation, journalism, or digital media, with deep knowledge of the social media landscape and short-form video content.
- Technical Skills: Experience with social discovery and/or social listening tools, excellent skill in editorial strategy, and what makes digital content great, as well as experience in applying GenAI products for professional and personal use.
- Communication and Language Skills: Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and language skills a plus (e.g., Spanish, French, Portuguese, Hindi, etc.).
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required.
