We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team at Howells Solutions Ltd, specializing in Construction and Property recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality recruitment service to our clients, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting our client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Account manage an end-to-end recruitment service for our clients in the Construction and Property sector.
  • Ensure quality and customer service are paramount in all interactions with clients and candidates.
  • Deliver against our client KPIs and maintain a smooth, efficient, and profitable desk.
  • Nurture existing client relationships and forge new ones to drive business growth.
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • 12 months of experience in Construction or Technical recruitment.
  • Solid billing history and a proven track record of success.
  • Engaging personality, keen to learn, and a desire to create long-lasting relationships.
  • Self-motivated, determined, and excellent IT and administrative skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage a busy workload, and pay attention to detail.
  • Strong business development skills and a driven, proactive, confident, and resilient approach.
