About the Role:
Jark PLC is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is essential in ensuring that all operational machinery and equipment function at optimal levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns and equipment failures.
- Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules effectively.
- Uphold Health and Safety standards consistently across all operations.
- Assist with maintenance tasks across multiple facilities as needed.
- Support contract management on-site.
- Maintain an accurate Maintenance and Equipment Database.
Candidate Requirements:
- Possession of a valid UK Driving License and personal transportation.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar maintenance role within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly organized with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications as a Maintenance Technician or Engineer.
This position operates on a 40-hour work week, with a favorable schedule including an early finish on Fridays. The salary offered is competitive, reaching up to £35,000.
