Are you a skilled Mortgage and Protection Consultant seeking to elevate your career in the Middlesex region? Our client, a prominent and reputable estate agency group, is in search of a driven and experienced Mortgage Consultant to join their dynamic team.
This role presents a remarkable opportunity to collaborate with property specialists who will supply you with high-quality leads daily, while also allowing you the freedom to cultivate your own clientele.
What We Offer:
• Basic Salary up to £30,000 (Dependent on Experience)
• OTE of £60,000+ in your inaugural year (Competitive uncapped commission structure)
• Monday to Friday work schedule
• Access to leads from a well-established estate agency
• Provision of a company laptop
• Comprehensive training and support to ensure a swift start
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and nurture a robust relationship with the estate agency team, offering support and training as necessary.
• Deliver expert mortgage guidance to clients interested in acquiring residential or investment properties.
• Demonstrate motivation in attracting new clients and business opportunities.
• Provide outstanding client service, guiding them through the application process for a seamless experience.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the mortgage market.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, upholding the highest ethical standards at all times.
Skills and Experience Required:
• CeMAP qualified or equivalent is essential.
• A minimum of 18 months' experience, ideally within the estate agency sector.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing cross-sales targets, ensuring clients are adequately protected.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• A customer-first approach is crucial.
• Full UK driving license preferred but not mandatory.
