Job Description

**Commercial Finance Analyst Needed for FMCG/Media Brand**

This is a 6-month fixed term contract where the successful candidate will support with financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and KPI tracking across various divisions. You will also be tasked with providing insights and challenge assumptions to inform strategic decisions and guide future direction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Produce and deliver accurate quarterly review data, including dashboards, historical tracking, KPI tracking, sales and forecast analysis, royalty audits, and board reports
  • Participate in partner quarterly business reviews, supporting with preparation and aligning data with quarterly budget planning
  • Handle ad hoc financial modelling and analysis requests accurately and promptly
  • Collect and consolidate timely product data from license partners for sustainability and social impact reporting
  • Assist with new business proposals by providing financial modelling, market analysis, and profitability projections
  • Support costing analysis of partnership activities and monitor partnership profitability over time

**Candidate Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in licensing and/or retail finance analysis is essential
  • Relevant experience in FMCG or hospitality/food
  • Strong numerical aptitude and ability to analyze and interpret market data
  • Meticulous with data review and financial analysis
  • Proficient in financial modelling, with the ability to assess potential profitability and risk
  • Proficient in Office 365, particularly Excel, and Google Sheets
