Key Responsibilities:

• Manage materials and keep track of inventory levels.
• Clearly communicate repair decisions to clients.
• Maintain and care for company equipment.

Experience:

• Skilled in various trade disciplines.
• Background in customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations.
• General understanding of construction practices.
• Proficient in carpentry and plumbing.

Qualifications:

• Technical qualifications or over 6 years of industry experience.
• Carpentry and plumbing certifications are advantageous but not essential.

Practical/Technical Knowledge:

• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Proficient in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering.
• Competent in site safety and best practices.
• Ability to use mobile devices and computer systems effectively.

Requirements:

• Valid UK driving license.
• Completion of an Enhanced DBS check.
