Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Genius Recruit Ltd. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct customer visits to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment on site.
  • Provide on-site customer training and support.
  • Perform equipment rebuilds and calibrations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Prepare visit reports, installation and service reports, travel expense reports, and time sheets.
  • Manage documentation and ensure compliance with quality system, health and workplace safety regulations.
  • Support Sales and Operations departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Proficient in technical field service and customer support.
  • Knowledge and experience of hydraulic systems, electro-mechanical systems, and software solutions.
  • Valid Driving Licence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Openness to travel and adaptability.
  • Strong team collaboration skills within an interdisciplinary environment.
