Key Responsibilities:
Are you ready to elevate your career in the construction industry? This position offers the chance to engage with one of Scotland's most substantial construction initiatives. Your role will encompass the entire lifecycle of project delivery, particularly focusing on high-value MEP services.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Conducting feasibility studies and forecasting costs for various materials required for projects.
- Preparing comprehensive tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities.
- Collaborating with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Overseeing cash flow management for extensive MEP packages throughout the project lifecycle.
- Compiling and distributing commercial reports to the project leadership team for Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR).
Candidate Profile:
This Senior Quantity Surveyor position is ideal for individuals who:
- Possess substantial experience in the commercial management of high-value M&E projects.
- Are adept in using MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Hold a relevant degree and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
