Job Title: Ventilation Quality & Compliance Manager

Job Type: Permanent

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Legionella Quality Manager to oversee and ensure the compliance and service delivery of our expanding legionella department across the UK. This role involves close collaboration with the Field Operations Manager and the administrative team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective legionella management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Field Operations Manager to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor and ensure compliance with legionella management protocols.
  • Provide training and support to staff on legionella management procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in legionella management and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
