**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our construction department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing financial and contractual management expertise to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage all financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
* Liaise with construction and sales teams to ensure project targets are met and deadlines are achieved
* Conduct risk and value management assessments to identify potential issues and opportunities
* Prepare reports and forecasts for upper management to inform strategic decisions
* Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements to ensure accurate costing and scheduling
* Scrutinise maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts, to ensure the best deals are secured
* Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
* Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Requirements**

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
* Excellent numerical and financial management skills
* Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Proficient in computer software related to the job
