We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Maths and English Tutor to join our team at Remedy Education. As an Academic School Tutor, you will play a vital role in providing face-to-face and online tuition to students in East London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver tailored tuition programmes that complement ongoing class work, learning objectives, and assessment plans in collaboration with the class teacher.
  • Deliver high-quality tuition sessions, adapting content, style, and format to ensure optimal results.
  • Build strong relationships with students and school contacts through regular review meetings, tuition progress reports, and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialization in Maths and English.
  • Relevant education, learning, and childcare qualifications.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and a clear understanding of the UK Curriculum.
  • Expert core subject knowledge and the ability to plan and communicate it effectively.
  • A commitment to delivering challenging and engaging sessions for the entire programme.
