About the Role:

Cbwstaffingsolutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Contract Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial maintenance team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-end blue-chip commercial maintenance contracts across Central London and the City.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reporting to the Account Manager: You will be responsible for reporting to the Account Manager and providing regular updates on the performance of the portfolio.
  2. Supporting Site Managers: You will provide support to site managers and lead the portfolio in their absence, ensuring that all sites remain compliant and are operating to the latest technical and health and safety guidance.
  3. Identifying and Quoting for Adhoc Works: You will identify and quote for adhoc, extra, and minor works across the sites, ensuring that all works are carried out to the highest standard.
  4. Statutory and Code Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring that all sites remain compliant with statutory and code requirements, including maintaining records as required.
  5. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): You will ensure that PPM is carried out and that all PPM schedules are utilized and the appropriate document controls are in place and up to date.
  6. Team Management: You will provide feedback on team and individual performance, identify development needs, and conduct regular 1-2-1 and team meetings and performance reviews.
  7. First-Line Supervision: You will provide first-line supervision of specialist service contractors, including induction and signing off and actioning minor works.
  8. Utilizing Help Desk and PPM Systems: You will utilize help desk and PPM systems to monitor staff performance and ensure service delivery and all SLA's and KPI's are met.
  9. Reviewing Log Books: You will review log books each week to ensure they are up to date and hold all relevant information.
  10. Hands-On PPM and Reactive Maintenance: You will carry out hands-on PPM and reactive maintenance as and when required.
  11. Client Meetings: You will attend client meetings and provide technical support to the client and engineering team.

Requirements:

  1. Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering: You will have a strong background in electrical, mechanical, or building services engineering, with a HNC, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent.
  2. Leadership Experience: You will have 2-3 years of leadership experience combined with good mechanical and electrical technical knowledge.
  3. Proven Experience: You will have proven experience as a supervisor across multiple contracts/projects.
  4. Costing and Supervising Reactive Repairs: You will be capable of costing and supervising reactive repairs and small project works.
  5. Delivery within the M&E Maintenance Sector: You will have a proven track record of delivery within the M&E maintenance sector.
  6. SFG20 or Equivalent Maintenance Schedules: You will have knowledge of SFG20 or equivalent maintenance schedules.
  7. Statutory and Mandatory Compliance Maintenance Records: You will have experience in statutory and mandatory compliance maintenance records.
  8. IOSH Working/Managing Safely: You will have IOSH working/managing safely certification.
  9. Team Player: You will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. Computer Literate: You will be computer literate with experience of using help desk and PPM systems.
  11. Able to Work on Own Initiative: You will be able to work on your own initiative and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
