Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced French speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team at Evolve Recruitment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing, in English and French.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze customer issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Order Management: Manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer queries and improve customer experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer issues and identify effective solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • CRM Experience: Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
