Learning Support Assistant Needed

A primary school in Haringey is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work with a child who has an EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan).

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with Autism (ASC) and a good understanding of how to implement an EHCP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one support to the child in line with their EHCP.
  • Support the child's learning, emotional, and social development within the classroom setting.
  • Work closely with the class teacher to modify lessons and activities to meet the child's individual needs.
  • Track and report on the child's progress, helping them meet their EHCP goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children who have Autism (ASC).
