Job Description - Marketing and Digital Specialist
Location: Our establishments
We are a collective group of various pubs, restaurants, bakery, shops, and cafes based in the Peak District. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team to take control of the marketing and digital needs, managing the portfolio of a range of businesses within the company.
Job Role
- To support the Head of Communications in delivering an effective marketing strategy for all venues.
- To deliver marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels to drive revenue/occupancy, including liaison with local media and partners.
- To review, develop, and maintain all marketing collateral for all properties, liaising with creative operations where necessary.
- In liaison with the broader sales team, to create and maintain packages and promotions, ensuring the website is optimised.
- To support the Head of Communications with the implementation of a new marketing tool for both automated and tactical marketing efforts.
- To ensure marketing channels are effectively managed, including writing content and briefing in content creation.
- To support all venues in agreeing and marketing a programme of events and activities throughout the year, overseen by the Head of Communications.
- To ensure all assets are well maintained and available for all stakeholders, including updated menus and on-premises collateral.
- To prepare reports on the effectiveness of campaigns, including marketing and social campaigns.
Key Requirements
- Experience in a similar role in an independent, premium hospitality operation.
- Passion for marketing communications and hospitality.
- Committed and highly organised individual.
- High energy levels with a capacity to deliver operational tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Evidence of learning - up-to-date techniques and content marketing principles.
This role will predominantly require working Monday to Friday, but flexibility will be required for special events. You will be based in our establishments but will need to travel to various locations of our businesses around the local area. Own transport is essential due to some remote locations; business mileage will be paid. You will also be provided with a company laptop.

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
