As the sustainable investing sector continues to expand, our EMEA team is looking to enhance its capabilities by adding a Senior Analyst or Associate. Members of the Sustainable Investing Group are part of a talented global network of investment professionals responsible for sourcing and managing investments. You will engage in a variety of high-profile transactions, including management buyouts, take-privates, add-on acquisitions, and strategic build-ups, playing a crucial role in the deal process and value creation strategies.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Associate in Sustainability Investing, you will be deeply involved in all facets of the investment lifecycle, including:
- Identifying and evaluating promising investment themes and opportunities.
- Cultivating relationships with management teams, senior advisors, and external industry experts.
- Conducting thorough due diligence and analysis.
- Structuring, financing, and finalizing transactions.
- Developing, monitoring, and executing value creation strategies for our existing portfolio companies.
