About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our Prezzo team in Haverhill. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in leading our kitchen team and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality Italian cuisine
  • Develop and implement kitchen processes to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to achieve menu goals and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff to achieve their full potential
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs to meet company targets
