Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Installation Planning: Schedule and coordinate daily furniture installations, organizing resources, including support staff and transportation, to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Customer Installations: Meet customer requirements for date and time, address location, access, and security needs, and follow installation instructions, including layout and floor plans, to maintain customer courtesy and minimize impact on nearby activities.
  • Collections: Adhere to date and time requirements, complete necessary paperwork, including updating collection notes or filling out an 'Unauthorized Collection' form, to ensure accurate and efficient collection processes.
  • Daily Unloading: Fully unload the van upon returning to the warehouse, clearly identifying unloaded items with appropriate paperwork detailing collection information.
  • Paperwork Completion: Update delivery notes manually, noting any changes and snagging requirements, ensure delivery notes are fully detailed, document unauthorized collections, record all data on mileage and deliveries, and reconcile returned items with proper paperwork.
