Job Title: HVAC Layout Engineer

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Layout Engineer to join our team at the HPC site engineering office.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the impact of site requests on HVAC layout, producing technical assessments and solutions, designing and updating 3D models for HVAC systems, and collaborating closely with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with several years of experience in HVAC systems design, including proficiency in 3D design software tailored to HVAC modeling.

A strong understanding of HVAC layout rules and standards is essential. Experience in a nuclear site engineering context, familiarity with UK design and regulatory processes for nuclear facilities, and knowledge of nuclear power station operations and safety aspects related to HVAC systems are highly desirable.
