Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the GP and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
  • Current registration with the NMC.
  • Satisfactory references and the right to work in the UK.
