Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role, with a strong track record of managing employee relations and implementing HR strategies.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations.
- Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
