Your Role

As a Mixologist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting innovative and delightful cocktails that enhance the guest experience.
  • Engaging with guests to share your expertise in various beverages, including wines, beers, and spirits.
  • Collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to ensure timely and efficient service.
What We Are Looking For

We seek individuals who possess:

  • Flexibility to work either 16 or 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in a bar, restaurant, or hotel setting as a Bartender or Mixologist.
  • A strong knowledge of wines, beers, spirits, and cocktails, with a passion for creativity.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and fostering personal connections.
  • A personal license, which is highly advantageous.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, showcasing your personality while providing service.
  • An interest in sustainability and environmental initiatives.
  • A readiness to be part of the voco team and contribute to our welcoming atmosphere.
