An exciting opportunity exists within Fife Area Services for a dedicated professional to take on the role of Senior Autism Practitioner. This position involves overseeing the support provided to a diverse group of over 60 autistic adults across various service settings, including Day Services, Housing Support, and Care at Home.
As a Senior Autism Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of practitioners to ensure high-quality support is delivered.
- Developing individualized support plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Providing guidance and training to staff to enhance their skills in autism support.
- Collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders to promote best practices in autism care.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that our services are responsive, effective, and centered around the needs of the individuals we support.
