Senior Director, Clinical Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Clinical Lead to join our team at GSK HQ. As a key member of our clinical development team, you will play a critical role in shaping the clinical strategy for our late-stage respiratory assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute clinical development plans for our respiratory portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver clinical trials, leveraging expertise in clinical research methodology and biostatistics.
  • Collaborate with global regulatory teams to ensure compliance with ICH and GCP guidelines, and to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including commercial, research, and regulatory teams, to drive business growth and patient outcomes.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
  • PhD, PharmD, or Medical Degree, with a strong background in respiratory diseases and clinical development.
  • Proven track record of delivering clinical trials and programs, with a deep understanding of ICH and GCP guidelines.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
