TPF Recruitment, a leading accountancy practice recruitment agency in Kent, is partnering with a reputable chartered accountancy practice in Folkestone to find an exceptional Accounts Senior. This role involves a mix of accounts, tax, bookkeeping, and VAT responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be either qualified or qualified by experience. This position offers a progressive and rewarding career with significant autonomy, along with study support and hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing statutory accounts and management accounts
  • Handling personal tax, corporate tax, and VAT returns
  • Performing general bookkeeping duties using Xero or Quickbooks
  • Coaching and mentoring junior staff members and trainees

Requirements:

  • ACCA / ACA qualification or equivalent experience
  • Substantial experience in a UK accountancy practice, preparing accounts, tax, and other responsibilities for a mixed client base
