This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee a significant new production facility, specializing in biogas production through anaerobic digestion.
This organization is expanding its operations across Scotland and is entering new areas of Renewable Energy, supported by recent growth initiatives.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Site Leader to manage and enhance operations at a cutting-edge carbon dioxide production facility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing training and development programs for your team.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on operational efficiency.
- Managing contractors and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or process plant environments.
- Demonstrated leadership or management experience in operations.
- An engineering qualification at HNC level or higher in disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Production.
- Desirable qualifications include NEBOSH, IOSH Managing Safely, or Six Sigma.
- A valid UK driving license.
