The Senior Financial Paraplanner will play a critical role in supporting the financial advisors by preparing detailed financial reports, conducting in-depth research, and developing comprehensive financial plans. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring that clients receive personalized and strategic advice tailored to their unique financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning Support: Collaborate with financial advisors to prepare detailed financial plans and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on financial products, market trends, and investment opportunities to support the development of client strategies.
- Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for client meetings, including financial summaries, investment proposals, and risk assessments. Ensure all financial plans and documentation adhere to industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with financial advisors, client service teams, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of client services.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry developments, financial products, and regulatory changes to continually enhance the quality of financial planning services provided.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in paraplanning experience at DipFA / Lvl 4
- Demonstrable skills in working with high-net-worth clients
- Knowledgeable in trusts, corporate, estate-planning, pension transfers
- Systems experience in the following is desirable but not essential: Intelligent Office, Transact, Voyant, FE Analytics
