Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NICHD OD Executive Assistant to join our team at PriceSenz. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to the Executive team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and contributing to the achievement of our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
    • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
    • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other events, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets, providing timely reports and updates as required.
  • Communication and Liaison
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, vendors, and government agencies.
    • Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Project Coordination
    • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
    • Coordinate with staff and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Inventory and Procurement
    • Manage office inventory, including supplies, equipment, and software, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing waste.
    • Initiate and process purchase requests, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Associate's degree or higher in a related field, such as business administration or communications.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, providing high-level administrative support to senior executives or teams.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment, with frequent deadlines and changing priorities.
