* Prepare food before service to ensure high-quality dishes
* Set up and stock kitchen stations to maintain a smooth service
* Plate dishes to company standards
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food

**Requirements:**

* 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile kitchen in a similar senior role
* Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
* Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
* Sense of urgency
* Yes, yes, yes mentality
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Genuine passion for food and beverage
* Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

**Physical Requirements:**

* Must be able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects by hand
* Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
* Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, and climb as required

**Working Hours:**

* Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens, and closes
* Average hours 32-45 hours per week

**Benefits:**

* Subsidised transport rate offered from Chipping Norton (OX7) and Banbury (OX15 and OX16)

Soho Farmhouse is a destination for food and drink, wellness, and outdoor activities. Located in 100 acres of Oxfordshire countryside, we have 114 bedrooms, including cabins, huts, and farmhouse bedrooms to stay in. We have multiple food and beverage outlets on site, including The Main Barn, Comfy Farm, Fancy Farm, Pen Yen, and Blake's Kitchen.
